What you say? Is this a plan passed on by the Education Secretary and Diddy? Have they thrown a tantrum because they didn't get their way over schools and just want, nay need to prove they can do it.
I'm getting a bit p....d by all this chat about prisons and overcrowding and don't put so many behind bars. All very principled ideas but how about asking baddies not to be baddies.
There was someone killed in prison the other day. The death occurred during a fight between two gangs as to who controls the drugs inside, yes inside the prison. One a local 'crew' and the other an Albanian 'crew'. Well I never, Albanian and they ain't been in the EU 5 minutes if they actually are.
More juice for the Brexiters not that it will make much difference. We seem to have an open door and a welcome mat for all the crooks in the world to come and join us.
Don't know what will happen if we have to man a fleet again.

Having spent considerable time 'inside' with the blokes, I can tell you that a decent education would help a significant proportion of them.
It'd be so much cheaper than secure detention at about $200 000 p.a. per person - and more for juveniles.

Tell us more Grizz. What did you do? Did you have a tin bucket with eye holes in it?

Education for whom GG? Australians I doubt that would be a problem but what about the rest of the ethnics. How much more does the cost go up when you are engaging people who speak say Vietnamese who have to first teach them Australian and then educate them. Must cost a bit and you are still paying the initial 200,000.
How about we get down to brass tacks and tell the scrotes that in prison it is classroom to cell with a bit of exercise in between and that's it. If they don't pass their exams they stay in longer. If they do very well then let them go early.
Sounds like a scheme.

One of them probably cost us more than that: he's our state's governor. Done OK for himself, what?

As a more recent arrival in this august company, you are unaware that I have been involved in sharing Christian programs 'inside' for 15 years. Have met some amazing men, heard plenty of extraordinary stories.
Yes, some are immigrants but just as many are aboriginal: most are 'WASPs.'
